Maintenance Agreement
Many of our common service calls can be avoided with a routine check of equipment. We can set you up on what is called a contracted Maintenance Agreement. Our maintenance plans can be customized to fit any budget. From a quarterly plan, bi-annual or yearly plan we can check equipment, change filters and clean condensers. These items are necessary for helping your equipment produce efficiently and maintain their lifespan. Our Maintenance customers receive a discounted rate for service calls and preferential treatment for service calls when we are able to accommodate it. Many times for the price of one maintenance check you can avoid the cost of some service calls.

24 Hour Service
Mayda offers 24/7 service to meet your needs! Our normal office hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm. We have an answering service that allows you to talk to a person about your equipment issues. If it is an emergency, or just something you want to fix NOW, they will contact the on-call technician to contact you and get out there as soon as possible! During our regular business hours we try to take care of what we can, but things like to happen at 3:00pm on a Friday afternoon!
